Suzan's Famous Dutch Dandelion And Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

1 Pound(lb)  young dandelions
1   head iceberg lettuce
4   onions
2   tomatoes
2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
3 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil
1/2   green pepper
2   hard boiled eggs
1/4 Pound(lb)  swiss cheese
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  cayenne pepper
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
4 Tablespoon(T)  vinegar

Preparation

Select dandelions if possible from stalks which have not flowered. Chop the dandelions and lettuce and pepper. Cut the cheese into very small pieces. Mix thoroughly in a bowl with the cayenne and salt and pepper, and then the oil and vinegar. Add diced tomatoes and eggs, stirring lightly so as not to smash tomato and eggs.
