Recipe Description
Sweet and sour, this is high flavor and low in salt. Serve this with grille pineapple, snow peas or brown rice for a complete and healthy dish.

Ingredients

4   boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 Cup(c)  pineapple juice
1/4 Cup(c)  low sodium soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  brown sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  cornstarch
1 Tablespoon(T)  butter

Preparation

Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, and brown sugar in a large bowl and add the chicken, covering completely. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Heat a grill to medium high and grill the chicken, turning once until cooked through. Put the rest of the marinade in a sauce pan, whisk in the cornstarch and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and slowly add in the butter. To serve, drizzle the reduced sauce over the chicken.
