Recipe Description
This recipe has very little spice to it since it is geared toward children. To make this recipe acceptable for the whole family, pull your toddler's portion of meat and corn out of the skillet, then add your taco seasoning or green onions to the remaining meat.

1 Cup(c)  diced tomatoes
1 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese
2 Cup(c)  shredded green cabbage
12   corn taco shells
1 Cup(c)  frozen corn, thawed
1 Pound(lb)  ground beef


In a medium skillet, brown ground beef and drain.

Return beef to skillet and add corn.

Heat corn taco shells according to package directions in the oven.

Once shells are crisp, top each one with beef and corn mixture, shredded cabbage, Cheddar cheese, and tomatoes.

Feel free to add taco seasoning , salsa or whatever else you like to add more kick
