Recipe Description
This bean based dip has been very popular at T.G.I. Friday's for quite awhile.  With layers of refried beans, cheese, olives, tomatoes and fresh green onions, it's guaranteed to please just about everyone in your party crowd.

Ingredients

3/4 Teaspoon(t)  taco seasoning
1/2 Cup(c)  tomatoes, diced
16 Ounce(oz)  refried beans
2 Tablespoon(T)  green onions, finely sliced
2 Tablespoon(T)  black olives, sliced
1/2 Cup(c)  sour cream
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh cilantro, finely chopped
3/4 Cup(c)  guacamole (frozen or premade)
3/4 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese, shredded and divided

Preparation

Heat the refried beans and cook them slowly over low heat, stirring frequently, until warmed through.  Remove from heat.  In a separate bowl, mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream.  Layer the ingredients in this order in a serving dish:  Spread refried beans accross dish. add half of the cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix, guacamole, tomatoes, cilantro, black olives, green onion and remaining half of cheese on top.  Serve with fresh tortilla strips.
