2   navel oranges
4 Ounce(oz)  unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 Cup(c)  red onions, minced
1   jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh lime juice
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  kosher salt

Preparation

Cut the peel and white pith away from the orange. Cut the segments away from the membranes and chop the segments. Stir together the chopped oranges and the remaining ingredients
