Recipe Description
Combine whole wheat and regular macaroni for a pleasing color and taste combination. The caraway seeds add mild flavor and texture to the salad.

1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Teaspoon(t)  caraway seeds
1 Teaspoon(t)  black pepper, freshly ground
1 Teaspoon(t)  garlic powder
1 Tablespoon(T)  dijon mustard
3/4 Cup(c)  plain non fat yogurt
2 Tablespoon(T)  light mayonnaise
1   scallions, minced
6 Ounce(oz)  water packed tuna, drained
8 Ounce(oz)  frozen peas
12 Ounce(oz)  macaroni


Cook the macaroni according to the package directions, without added salt. Drain and reserve. In another saucepan, cook peas according to directions. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add drained macaroni and drained peas, and mix lightly. Chill.
