I started to make this for my dad on Father's Day a couple of years back. Now every year he looks forward to this dish.

1/2 Cup(c)  fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
3 Cup(c)  skim milk
5 1/2 Cup(c)  fat free egg product
2 Ounce(oz)  sliced pimientos, drained
9 Ounce(oz)  broccoli, cut
1/2 Cup(c)  onion, chopped
1 Cup(c)  mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 Cup(c)  white bread, cubed
1 Pound(lb)  bulk turkey breakfast sausage


Spray 13 by 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook sausage as directed on package. Layer bread, mozzarella cheese, sausage, onion, broccoli and pimientos in sprayed baking dish. In medium bowl, combine egg product, milk, salt and mustard. Blend well. Pour egg product mixture evenly over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 325° F. Uncover and bake 55 to 70 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before servmg.
