1   egg white
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  kosher salt
1/2 Pound(lb)  fat ground beef
1 Tablespoon(T)  worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup(c)  chopped onions
8 Ounce(oz)  mushrooms, finely chopped
2 Tablespoon(T)  italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 Pound(lb)  lean ground turkey


Thoroughly combine all the ingredients.

Add enough breadcrumbs to firm up the mixture.

Divide into 6 portions and form into patties.

Grill, broil, or cook in a nonstick pan on the stovetop until the burgers lose their pink color. Turn once while cooking.
