Warm Tropical Salsa

Recipe Description
An excellent combination of sweet fruit and spices, make this salsa an unforgettable tropical delight. This is the sauce to serve with coconut battered shrimp.

3/4 Cup(c)  orange marmalade
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh lime juice
1 Cup(c)  mango, finely diced
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  horseradish
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon(T)  orange juice
1/4 Cup(c)  crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh cilantro, finely chopped


Stir together first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium low heat 3 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Transfer mixture to a food processor, and pulse 5 to 6 times or until smooth. Return mixture to saucepan, and stir in mango, pineapple, and cilantro. Keep warm over low heat until ready to serve.
