Make this bread in minutes and enjoy the results sliced and toasted with marmalade or as an accompaniment to soup and salad. It is excellent with salmon mousse. When measurlng the dry ingredients, be sure to spoon the flour into a dry measurer and level with a knife to ensure correct amounts.

1/2 Cup(c)  liquid honey
5 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  fortified soy milk
1 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
2 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder
1/4 Cup(c)  sesame seeds
1/2 Cup(c)  toasted almonds, chopped
1 Cup(c)  natural bran
1 Cup(c)  quick cooking rolled oats
1 Cup(c)  whole wheat flour
2 Cup(c)  all purpose flour


In a large bowl, stir together all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats, bran, almonds, sesame seeds, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Using a fork, stir in milk and honey just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Using parchment paper, lift bread out of pan onto a wire rack. Let cool before slicing.
