Ingredients

2 Package(pk)  dry yeast
4 Cup(c)  warm water
1/2 Cup(c)  buter
1/4 Cup(c)  molasses
1/2 Cup(c)  honey
2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
6 Cup(c)  whole wheat flour
4 Cup(c)  white flour

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine butter, molasses, honey and salt. Mix well, then add yeast mixture. Gradually add flour. Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl and let it rise until doubled. Punch down. Let dough rest for a few minutes. Shape into 4 loaves. Place into bread pans and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.
