Ingredients

1/2 Teaspoon(t)  spike seasoning
2 Tablespoon(T)  mayonnaise
1 Package(pk)  mixed sprouts
1 Can(cn)  green chilies, diced
1   tomato, diced
1   ripe avocado, mashed
4 Slice(sli)  sharp cheddar cheese
4   whole wheat pita pockets

Preparation

Layer pita pocket with sliced cheese and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

Bake in toaster oven or microwave.

Prepare filling of avocado, tomato, chilies, sprouts and mayonnaise; season with Spike.
