Recipe Description
Nothing is easier than making biscuits in muffin tins! No rolling, kneading or cutting is necessary. I love this recipe because the batter can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until needed.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
2 Cup(c)  all purpose flour, sifted
1/4 Cup(c)  fat free plain yogurt
1 Cup(c)  fat free milk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Sift together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in the yogurt and fat free milk. Drop the batter into well sprayed muffin tins, filling them 1/3 full. The batter will be very soft. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden.
