Recipe Description
A cheesy and tangy treat to serve over steamed vegetables.  The kids will love their veggies!

1/2 Cup(c)  reduced fat american cheese, shredded
1 Tablespoon(T)  all purpose flour
3/4 Cup(c)  skim milk
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  dry mustard
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Tablespoon(T)  margarine


In a small heavy saucepan, melt the margarine over medium heat.  Add the salt, pepper and dry mustard.  In a small jar with a lid, combine the milk and flour.  Shake well until blended.  Slowly stir the milk mixture into the margarine in the saucepan.  Add the cheese and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
