Great avocado dip that can be used similarly to guacamole. This dip is creamier and less spicy than typical guacamole with the avocado flavor emphasized.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon(T)  plain nonfat yogurt
2   medium florida avocados (about 1 cup, mashed)
1 Dash(ds)  fresh ground black pepper
1 Dash(ds)  salt
1 Dash(ds)  cumin
1 Clove(clv)  garlic, minced

Preparation

Peel and mash the avocados in a medium-sized bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a fork, or, for a very smooth consistency, use a wire whisk or blend in a blender. Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables, whole-grain crackers, or tortilla chips.
