Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
1 1707/5000 Gram(g)  splenda
48 Teaspoon(t)  olive oil
2   eggs
5 59/200 Gram(g)  vital wheat gluten
2 59/500 Gram(g)  vanilla whey protein powder
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Teaspoon(t)  cream of tartar
2 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract
2 Teaspoon(t)  lemon extract

Stir together the Splenda and oil. Add eggs then mix again. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients, and stir to distribute evenly. Add dry ingredients to wet, then stir in the vanilla and lemon extracts. You can refrigerate the dough for a while, or just proceed and roll into 1 inch balls. Place them on cookie sheets, and press each ball with a fork several times, flattening down. Grandma Amanda sprinkled her sugar cookies with colored sugar. You can sprinkle yours with Splenda, cinnamon, or a combination of the two. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until brown around the edges.
