Ingredients

6 Cup(c)  prepared bread stuffing or equivalent in bread cubes with your favorite herb mix
2 Cup(c)  turkey leftovers
1/2   stick margarine, cut into chunks
2 Cup(c)  turkey broth from the pan or chicken stock
1 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
1 Cup(c)  celery, chopped
1 Cup(c)  onions, chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  parsley, chopped

Preparation

 

Preheat oven to 325 degree F.

Mix stuffing, parsley, cooked turkey and broth in a roasting pan.

Top with onions, celery and margarine. Bake in a 325 degree F oven 1 to 1 1/2 hour, covered. Add more broth if necessary. The top should be crisp, the interior soft and fragrant.
