|1/8||Teaspoon(t)||pepper, freshly ground|
|2||firm apples, cored|
|4||Cup(c)||green cabbage, shredded|
|1/2||medium red onion|
Whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, curry, salt and pepper. Grate the apples and vegetables with a large holed grater (easily accomplished with a food processor). Don't peel the apples unless they have been heavily waxed. Toss the apples and vegetables with the dressing. You can make this several hours ahead of time.
