| 1 | Teaspoon(t) | mild curry powder | |
| 1/4 | Teaspoon(t) | kosher salt | |
| 1/8 | Teaspoon(t) | pepper, freshly ground | |
| 2 | firm apples, cored | ||
| 4 | Cup(c) | green cabbage, shredded | |
| 2 | medium carrots | ||
| 1/2 | medium red onion |
Preparation
Whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, curry, salt and pepper. Grate the apples and vegetables with a large holed grater (easily accomplished with a food processor). Don't peel the apples unless they have been heavily waxed. Toss the apples and vegetables with the dressing. You can make this several hours ahead of time.
