1 | Teaspoon(t) | vegetable oil | |
2 | Teaspoon(t) | soy sauce | |
1/2 | Teaspoon(t) | honey | |
1 | Tablespoon(T) | apple cider vinegar | |
1 | Tablespoon(T) | lemon juice | |
1 | Pound(lb) | firm tofu |
Preparation
Combine the tofu and all the remaining ingredients except the parsley and carrot in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until semi-chunky. Add the parsley, processing only 1 or 2 seconds to prevent the spread from turning green.
Replace the metal blade with the shredder blade. Grate the carrot into the work bowl.
Empty the contents into a container and stir until well blended.
