Recipe Description
Put this dip on your buffet table surrounded by bite-sized chunks of fresh fruit. This somewhat sweet dip can also be served with crackers. It is delicious as a sauce over chopped fruit.

Ingredients

8 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese
4 Tablespoon(T)  apricot chutney
3/4 Teaspoon(t)  curry powder
1/2 Cup(c)  toasted coconut
1/2 Cup(c)  milk to thin mixture

Preparation

Place cream cheese, chutney, curry powder and coconut in a food processer workbowl or blender container and process until blended.

Add milk a few tablespoons at a time until you reach a dipping consistency. If using as a sauce, add more milk until desired consistency is reached.
