Deli roast beef is convenient, but a 1/2 pound of boneless beef top sirloin steak, broiled until done,could also be used.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 Cup(c)  red onions, chopped
2 Cup(c)  small broccoli florets, steamed until crisp tender
3 Cup(c)  cooked chinese noodles or spaghetti, rinsed and cooled
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  red pepper flakes, crushed
1 Clove(clv)  garlic, minced
2 Teaspoon(t)  asian sesame oil
1 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
2 Tablespoon(T)  soy sauce
2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh lime juice
1 Pound(lb)  deli roast beef (1/4 inch thick piece)

Preparation

Cut the deli roast beef into thin strips. Whisk the lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and pepper flakes and toss with the beef. Let marinate for 30 minutes, or up to several hours. Arrange the noodles on a serving platter. Top with the broccoli. Take the beef out of the dressing and distribute the meat on the salad, then pour the marinade over the salad. Garnish with the onions and cilantro. Or toss together all the ingredients to serve as a mixed salad.
