1   stalk celery, diced
2   scallions, sliced, including the crisp part of the green shoot
1/2   avocado, diced
3   hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 Cup(c)  blue cheese, crumbled
3 Tablespoon(T)  vinaigrette dressing


Combine vegetables, eggs and cheese in a mixing bowl. Add the dressing, and toss. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
