Recipe Description
This salad is a great side dish for a grilled fillet of beef or a nice piece of fish. Served with a soy-ginger vinaigrette, it's Aunt Licie's favrite salad. Feel free to add other vegetables to taste, such as radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.

1/4 Cup(c)  red onion, julienned
1 Pound(lb)  baby spinach
2 Teaspoon(t)  black japanese sesame seeds
1 Ounce(oz)  enoki mushrooms


Submerge spinach in a bowl of water and rinse well. Place in salad spinner; spin until dry. Toss spinach, onion, and mushrooms. Top with black Japanese sesame seeds.
