6   strips lean bacon
1 1/4 Cup(c)  sour cream
1 Bunch(bn)  scallions, finely chopped
4 Tablespoon(T)  fresh chives, snipped


Preheat the broiler. Place the bacon on the broiler rack and broil until well cooked and crisp, turning over once. Transfer to crumpled paper towels to drain and cool.

Place the sour cream in a bowl with the scallions and chives. Finely chop the bacon and add it to the bowl and stir together. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for 60 minutes.
