Ingredients

15 1/2 Ounce(oz)  red beans
15 1/2 Ounce(oz)  black beans
15 1/2 Ounce(oz)  garbanzo beans
1/4 Cup(c)  red onions, diced
1/8 Cup(c)  fresh cilantro, packed and chopped
1 Tablespoon(T)  pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 Cup(c)  red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  pepper, freshly ground

Preparation

Rinse and drain the red beans, black beans and garbanzo beans. Add the onions, cilantro, and jalapenos. For the dressing, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour the dressing over the bean salad and stir well. Cover the salad and let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to let the flavors blend.
