This is a great banana bread recipe that makes your loaf of banana bread very moist and very tasty.

Ingredients

2 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
2 Teaspoon(t)  low sodium baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
1 1/2 Cup(c)  ripe bananas, sliced
1   egg
1/3 Cup(c)  canola oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1/2 Cup(c)  unsweetened orange juice

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir to blend. Puree the bananas in a blender. Add the bananas and remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
