Recipe Description
A great take on cheese balls, they are always a hit right out of the oven.

50   pitted green olives, drained
2 Teaspoon(t)  dry mustard
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Cup(c)  flour
1/2 Cup(c)  soft unsalted butter or margarine
3 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese,shredded


Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine cheese and margarine.

Add flour, salt, and mustard. Blend into a thin dough.

Wrap each olive in dough or cut circles with a glass, place olive in center and close up.

Place on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve immediately.

Additional notes

"For the churning of milk bringeth forth curd."
