2 Cup(c)  chicken broth
1 Cup(c)  long grain white rice
2 Teaspoon(t)  lemon peel, grated
2 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
1/4 Cup(c)  green onions, sliced
1 Tablespoon(T)  butter


In a 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish, mix broth, rice, lemon peel, lemon juice, onions and butter. Cover and bake in a 350 degree F oven until rice is tender to bite, about 50 minutes.
