Recipe Description
You can make this rice dish as spicy as you like, with the simple addition of hot or mild green chilies. If you want to reduce the fat and calories, use low fat or fat free sour cream and reduced fat cheeses.

2 Ounce(oz)  green chiles, drained and chopped
1 Teaspoon(t)  chili powder
1/2 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup(c)  monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 Cup(c)  sour cream
3 Cup(c)  cooked white rice

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
