Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
2 Cup(c)  cooked garbanzo beans
2 Teaspoon(t)  lemon juice
3 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil .
1 Clove(clv)  garlic
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  cumin
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  salt


If using canned garbanzo beans, drain and rinse them first.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth.
Serve with pita chips or fresh veggie slices.
