Recipe Description
If the tiny seeds in berries bother you (I knew someone who would not eat berries because of this), the berry puree can be pushed through a fine mesh strainer, leaving the offending seeds behind.

Ingredients

2 Cup(c)  berries, thawed if frozen
1 Cup(c)  sugar
1/2 Cup(c)  water
2 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
2 Pint(pt)  orange juice

Preparation

Puree all the ingredients. Proceed following the directions of your frozen dessert machine. Or, to make this without an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in an ice cube tray. After it has set, puree in a food processor (a blender won't work). Freeze again in a container.
