15 Ounce(oz)  black beans, rinsed and drained
1 Cup(c)  large tomato, finely chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  small red bell pepper, chopped
1   serrano chilie, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 Cup(c)  red onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoon(T)  white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt


Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.

Additional notes

Variation: If serrano chilies aren't readily available, substitute 2 tablespoons drained chopped green chilies.
