Recipe Description
This attractive salad is an ideal first course serving at summertime dinner parties. Fresh blackberries at the peak of their season are the best choice when preparing this dish.

4 Cup(c)  red leaf lettuce, cut into bite sized pieces
2 Cup(c)  endive, julienned
1 Cup(c)  blackberries
1 Tablespoon(T)  raspberry vinegar
1 Tablespoon(T)  extra virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoon(t)  raspberry mustard

Preparation

In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, endive and blackberries. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients until combined. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
