Breakfast Bagel With Smoked Salmon

Recipe Description
Smoked salmon blended with cream cheese, tomato, and onion and spread on a bagel, is a "fix it fast" breakfast. It also makes a good hors d'oeuvre to serve with drinks.

6 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup(c)  tomato, chopped and drained
1/2 Cup(c)  green onions, sliced
1 Tablespoon(T)  capers, drained
4 Ounce(oz)  smoked salmon, flaked
4   bagels, split and lightly toasted

Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, tomato, green onions, capers, and smoked salmon. Spread on bagel halves and serve.

Additional notes

Note: Cut bagel halves into quarters to serve as an hors d'oeuvre.
