Recipe Description
This recipe should be called 1-2-3 Zucchini Bread, as it is so easy to make.  The bread machine does all of the work!

2 1/2 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  dry yeast
1/2 Cup(c)  oatmeal
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  lemon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
2 Tablespoon(T)  romano cheese, grated
1/4 Cup(c)  red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tablespoon(T)  green onion, chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  zucchini, grated
1 Tablespoon(T)  canola oil
1/2 Cup(c)  buttermilk


All ingredients should be at room temperature.  Place ingredients into pan in the order suggested by the bread machine's manual.  Set for a 2 pound loaf, and bake as directed.
