Ingredients

2 Tablespoon(T)  chopped parsley
1/2 Cup(c)  chopped pecans
8 Ounce(oz)  fat-free plain yogurt
1 Tablespoon(T)  dijon mustard
2 Tablespoon(T)  low-fat margarine
2 Cup(c)  shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

Preparation

Process the cheese, margarine, and mustard in a blender or food processor with a metal blade until smooth.

Add the yogurt and blend until smooth.

Spoon the mixture into a bowl and gently stir in the pecans and parsley.

Refrigerate for at least 90 minutes.

Serve as a dip with vegetables and crackers.
