Ingredients

1   iceberg lettuce, shredded
6 Ounce(oz)  cooked lean ham, cut into thin strips
6 Ounce(oz)  cooked tongue, cut into thin strips
12 Ounce(oz)  cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
6 Ounce(oz)  gruyere cheese
4   tomatoes, quartered
3   hard cooked eggs, shelled and quartered
1 3/4 Cup(c)  thousand island dressing

Preparation

Arrange the lettuce on a large serving platter. Arrange the cold meats decoratively on top. Cut the Gruyere chees into thin cubes. Arrange the cheese cubes over the salad, and the tomato and egg quarters around the edge of the platter. Serve the salad immediately with the Thousand Island Dressing.
