My uncle Rick's recipe, quick and very easy to put together.

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cup(c)  long grain white rice
10 1/2 Ounce(oz)  french onion soup
10 1/2 Ounce(oz)  water
10 1/2 Ounce(oz)  cream of chicken soup
3 Pound(lb)  chicken thighs

Preparation

In a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish, mix rice with french onion soup.  Spread mix evenly across bottom of dish.  Place chicken on top of rice and soup mixture.  In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with water.  Pour this mixture over the chicken in casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Additional notes

This casserole goes well with corn bread or biscuits.
