A family favorite for chicken leftovers.

1 Package(pk)  frozen peas
3 Cup(c)  cooked chicken, cubed
1 Can(cn)  cream of celery soup
1 Can(cn)  cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese, grated
1 Cup(c)  jack cheese, grated
6 Ounce(oz)  stove top stuffing mix (1 package)


Prepare stuffing mix as directed or use 1 2/3 cups chicken broth, instead of water, and 2 teaspoons poultry seasonings.

Set aside.

Place cubed chicken in the bottom of a 9x13" casserole dish.

Spread celery and chicken soup over the chicken.

Cover soup mixture with grated cheeses and then with frozen vegetables.

Top with prepared stuffing mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
