Recipe Description
Easy to toss in the Crock Pot before work and come home to a great meal. The kids love it.

Ingredients

12   corn tortillas, cut into 6 to 8 pieces each
4 Cup(c)  chicken, coarsely chopped
1 Can(cn)  cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.)
1 Can(cn)  cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
1 Cup(c)  sour cream
7 Ounce(oz)  green chili sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  onion, grated
1 1/2 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Lightly grease sides and bottom of a slow cooker.

Arrange alternate layers of tortillas with chicken and mixture of undiluted soups, sour cream, salsa and onion.

Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

Sprinkle with cheese and cook on low another 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with additional warm tortillas.
