This is an excellent side dish.  Not too spicy...just zesty!

Ingredients

2 Cup(c)  boiled rice
1 Can(cn)  green chilies, diced
1 Cup(c)  sour cream
6 Ounce(oz)  monterey jack cheese, cubed
3   green onion, chopped

Preparation

Prepare rice according to package directions.  Place cooked rice into a bowl and add all other ingredients.  Mix together well and place in a slightly greased casserole dish.  Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
