Recipe Description
This is as close to the real deal as you can get. The restaurant recipe does raost the chilies and corn, however using frozen corn there is little drop off.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon(T)  line juice
1 Pinch(pn)  salt
3 Cup(c)  frozen corn
2   poblano chilies
1/2   red onion diced
2   red jalapenos
1/3 Cup(c)  cilantro chopped
1 Pinch(pn)  pepper

Preparation

Roast the chilies and corn if you use fresh corn. Allow to cool. Dice the Poblano chilies, onion, and red jalapenos. Combine all the ingredients and season to taste. Allow to refrigerate at least one hour before serving .

Additional notes

recipe calls for 6 ears sweet corn, i use frozen .
