Recipe Description
This is my favorite coffeecake to make for my family during the holiday season. It's super simple to make, and easy to eat on the go.

Ingredients

2 Cup(c)  baking mix
1/8 Cup(c)  sugar
2/3 Cup(c)  milk
3 Tablespoon(T)  butter
1   egg
1/3 Cup(c)  semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/3 Cup(c)  coconut, flaked
1/4 Cup(c)  walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Heat oven to 400° F. Grease square pan, 8 by 8 by 2 inches. Prepare topping and eserve. Mix baking mix, sugar, water, margarine and egg. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan. Spoon chocolate over batter. Cut through batter and chocolate with knife several times to marble. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until brown and cake feels firm when touched in center. Serve warm or let stand until cool.
