Cornmeal creates a more dense and flavorful crust. When topped with a colorful medly of vegetables and cheese, you have a healthy and easy family meal.

2 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil
1 Clove(clv)  garlic, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon(t)  basil leaves, dried
16 Ounce(oz)  frozen broccoli, red bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, thawed
2 Cup(c)  mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 Cup(c)  water
1 Cup(c)  yellow cornmeal
1 Tablespoon(T)  margarine
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  red pepper, ground


Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare Cornmeal Crust. Mix oil, garlic and basil. Sprinkle vegetables over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with oil mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and vegetables are hot.
