Recipe Description
The tang of citrus in this recipe is subtle, but perfectly complements the pork. The addition of Mandarin oranges adds appeal for the palate, as well as the eyes.

11 Ounce(oz)  mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  red pepper flakes
2 Teaspoon(t)  sesame oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  soy sauce
1/4 Cup(c)  orange juice
3/4 Cup(c)  water
2 Cup(c)  bok choy, sliced
2 Teaspoon(t)  vegetable oil
8 Ounce(oz)  pork tenderloin, halved lengthwise and cut into 1 inch strips
4 Teaspoon(t)  chicken flavored bouillon, divided
6 Ounce(oz)  linguine


Cook noodles according to package directions, adding 2 teaspoons bouillon to cooking liquid. Meanwhile, in wok or large skillet, stir fry pork in hot vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Add bok choy and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more, or until pork is cooked through and bok choy is crisp tender. Add water, orange juice, remaining bouillon, soy sauce, sesame oil and red pepper flakes to pork mixture. Bring to a boil. Stir in cooked noodles. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and gently stir in oranges.
