1 Tablespoon(T)  water
1 Tablespoon(T)  butter
2 Cup(c)  bread flour
2 Tablespoon(T)  dry milk
1 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 1/4 Teaspoon(t)  bread machine yeast


Make 1 1/2 pound recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 1 pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cups flour. Measure all ingredients carefully and place in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and coo lon wire rack.
