Serves To:USMetric
1 Cup(c)  milk
4 Tablespoon(T)  cornmeal
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Tablespoon(T)  butter
2 Tablespoon(T)  flour
2 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder


Scald milk, then stir in cornmeal and add butter. When cool, stir in flour, adding enough cold milk to make batter. Add baking powder. Fry on hot greased griddle.
