1 Pinch(pn)  allspice
1 Pinch(pn)  cardamom
1 Pinch(pn)  anise
1 Pinch(pn)  ginger
1 Pinch(pn)  cinnamon
1 Tablespoon(T)  coconut, grated
2 Cup(c)  fresh fruit
1 Tablespoon(T)  raisins or dates, chopped

Preparation

Cut the fruit into chunks, and sprinkle with lemon juice to keep the fruit looking fresh and to add a bit of tang. Add spices to taste.
