Dutch Ginger Cakes

A blend of spices makes these individual cakes great for brunch, snacks or dessert.

2   eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 Cup(c)  flour
2 Teaspoon(t)  soda
3/4 Teaspoon(t)  cloves
1 Teaspoon(t)  ginger
1 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
1/2 Cup(c)  butter
1 Cup(c)  molasses
1/2 Cup(c)  sugar


Mix all ingredients together well to form a pourable batter. Bake in muffin rings in a 400 degree F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
