Recipe Description
This is a great variation on popcorn shrimp, and it is definitely something a little different. These shrimp make a great party food, or even a light dinner.

Ingredients

3 Tablespoon(T)  tobasco sauce
3 Tablespoon(T)  butter, melted
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  freshly ground black pepper
12 Ounce(oz)  frozen breaded shrimp

Preparation

Mix Tabasco sauce, melted butter, and pepper together. Place frozen shrimp in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish, pour the Tabasco mixture over the shrimp and stir well. Cover the dish with plastic and wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The shrimp will marinate and absorb all of the sauce. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the shrimp on a flat baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. The original Buffalo Shrimp are served with blue cheese dressing, but you can also serve this with Ranch dressing, carrot sticks, and celery sticks on the side.
